Trane Commercial Systems  
Control Panel Design Contract Engineer 2008-2009
  • Joined a critically behind team to design the control panel and power distribution system for Trane's most complex-to-date commercial chiller.
  • Finished project without impeding production time-line.
  • Responsible for control panel layout and component selection incorporating the existing Trane proprietary CH530 control system, with off-the-shelf sensors.
  • Distribute power to unit compressors, condenser fans, heaters, and other auxiliary systems in accordance with best-practices and UL regulations.
  • Created a method to simplify the impact of regional and marketing options on engineering and production documentation.
  • Maintain engineering and production shop-floor schematics in AutoCAD for major new product design.
